Responsible for executing electrical activities of the plant and for the safety work practice in the Electricity on the facility under supervision of RPE, ensuring that activities are performed correctly, timely and in an efficient manner, in compliance with schedules, MODEC procedures, maintenance philosophy, national and international regulations and standards, in order to contribute so that all electrical equipment and systems are operational and preserved for the assigned unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a professional as an Electrical Technician to work in an offshore opportunity on UARU project.

To develop activities such as:

Carry out or supervise 3rd party employees in all services and operations related to the Electrical discipline, in order to ensure the safe and efficient functioning of all plant and machinery in the unit, as well as emergency equipment, thus contributing to the production and revenue target achievement.

Contribute in emergency situations, or emergency drills, according to function attributed inside the Emergency response plan, participating in all trainings, simulations and acting properly in a real situation, in accordance with MODEC's procedures, guidelines, as well as national and international regulation

Contribute to the continuous improvement of MdB fleet performance by participating, when requested, RCAs, investigations of NOIs/NODs, HAZID/HAZOPs, following up CAPAs, sharing lessons learned.

Contribute to enhance MODEC's procedures, by constantly evaluating maintenance activities and seeking improvement opportunities, providing technical input following MODEC's Maintenance Philosophy, manufacturer recommendation, and personnel experience.

Act proactively to safeguarding MODEC from noncompliance to legal/regulatory requirements by following or ensuring 3rd parties onboard follow MODEC's procedures, internal and external regulations, national and international standards, including NR-10, supporting audits and inspections in the unit, and implementing action plans, when required.


    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Technical degree is mandatory;
    • Previous experience in the function;
    • Advanced English;
