MODEC, a leading company in the oil and gas sector, is seeking a highly motivated final-year university student for a one-year Legal and Compliance Internship. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in navigating the legal frameworks and compliance issues inherent in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
Support compliance audits and internal investigations.
Research and analyze regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support, including preparing contracts, reports and organizing documentation.

Requirements:

Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Strong understanding of legal concepts and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
Excellent analytical and research skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
