Inventory Management Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and committed Inventory Management Analyst who will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

•Establish and lead the material management team by overseeing their performance, improving processes, methods, and KPIs. Foster collaboration between the team and their onshore and offshore counterparts, clearly defining process-related activities and promoting integration with board warehouses.

•Provide technical support to onboard warehouse activities by recommending best practices and encouraging adoption of new tools and processes.

•Design and implement layouts, infrastructure, machinery and other developments necessary for the efficient operation of the centralized onshore warehouse.

•Conduct internal audits on MODEC’s material and spare parts stocks ensuring operational, accounting and management accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in administration, Economics or Engineering is mandatory.

•Post-Graduation or Specialization is an asset.

•Previous experience in Stock and Inventory management is required

•Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.

•Advanced Knowledge in MRP System, preferably on SAP, is desired
