Inventory Management Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and committed Inventory Management Analyst who will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

•Ensure that the stocks of materials and spare parts available in MOG will be sufficient for the maintenance and operation of the offshore units, developing and executing the MRP's (Material Resource Planning) of the onshore and offshore warehouses.

•Develop, implement and maintain with continuous improvement the process flows based on the functionalities of the SAP modules of warehouse management and inventory management

• To form, develop and lead the material management team, ensuring their performance, developing their processes, methods and performance indicators.

•Design and implement layouts, infrastructure, machinery and other developments necessary for the efficient operation of the centralized onshore warehouse.

•Conduct internal audits on MODEC’s material and spare parts stocks ensuring operational, accounting and management accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in administration, Economics or Engineering is mandatory.

•Post-Graduation or Specialization is an asset.

•Experience in stock and inventory management is mandatory.

•Experience with the implementation of an inventory management system in large companies.

•Knowledge of SAP, Oracle or similar system is an asset
