Material & Logistics Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and committed Material & Logistics Analyst who will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the execution of material logistics processes including receiving, inspection, storage, handling, dispatch, and loading by identifying and addressing gaps and inefficiencies through close collaboration with internal material logistics stakeholders

•Assist Material Logistics leadership in overseeing projects, processes, and tasks to optimize operational efficiency, minimize risks, and reduce costs

•Contribute to improved operational efficiency and cost savings at MOG by assessing the performance of contracted logistics providers and proposing corrective actions.

•Monitor the execution of contracted logistic service providers, defining priorities, proper evaluating measurement bulletins, monitoring overtime needs and contract budgets.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, post-graduate specialization preferable.

•Certifications in Project or Supply Chain Management

• Lean Six Sigma

•Professional experience in logistics operations within large-scale oil and gas companies.

•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
