Responsible for assisting the Material Logistic Coordinator in the management of all materials on the unit, by receiving, providing and backloading materials and samples, guaranteeing their proper preservation while onboard, and ensuring material records are updated and complete in the company's systems, in accordance with MODEC's procedures, and guiding the Storekeepers in their attribution, thus contributing to Operations reliability and results achievement. Act as senior focal point for onshore departments regarding material logistics issues and initiatives

RESPONSABILITIES


Ensure the accuracy of inbounding and outbounding of materials, by checking their manifests, paperwork and integrity, including dangerous goods, closely following up material handling team, and communicating to Offshore leaderships, clients and onshore departments any abnormality found, in accordance with MODEC's procedures.

Act proactively to safeguarding MODEC from noncompliance to legal/regulatory requirements and technical standards by meeting all technical specifications and procedures regarding material logistics and storage, attending internal/external audits, informing offshore leaderships and onshore departments and creating action plans regarding all nonconformities.

Contribute to the load of backload of materials arrived through choppers, by participating in the chopper operations teams, providing operational support and checking all required documentation for the materials being embarked and disembarked, when requested

REQUIREMENTS

- High School degree

- Previous experience on offshore stores management is required.

- Previous experience on offshore logistics is expected.

- Fluent in English

- Mobility to rotation to Singapore during construction phase
