IT Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and committed IT Analyst who will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

•Ensure resilience and effectiveness of infrastructure via monitoring, patching, backups, capacity checks, and preventive maintenance.

•Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, systems, and Facilities to internal and external customers, including advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

•Install, configure and prepare equipment, basic software, tools and services required to perform the functions defined for the company's employees and to meet business needs - contributing to their maintenance, support, evolution, useful life and replacement as needed, best practices and corporate policies.

•Contribute to planning, allocation of resources, and vendor coordination to meet business needs and SLAs.

•Support budgeting/forecasting for IT support items (licenses, spares, connectivity, tools) and propose cost


Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineer, Computer Science or related field.

•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Teams;

•PowerShell for admin automation, Power Automate/Python is a plus.
