Overall Job Purpose:
Responsible for planning, controlling, and performing maintenance related activities and project execution, to
ensure the technical assistance to the Offshore Units Operation and Maintenance, as well as contributing to its availability and the results achievement, established for the business. Support with suppliers' contracts, to internal and external clients, audits, and compliance assurance in general.
Contribute to the Operation's results achievement, by analyzing reports issued and acting upon their
information, developing Engineering and/or Repair Projects for each equipment, and keeping track of its
execution, following International Standards and MODEC's guidelines and philosophies, and by
developing/monitoring/analyzing proper KPIs and meaningful statistics and by setting adequate actions to eliminate gaps, promoting continuous improvement.
Support the vessels' POB Plan, by providing AMCs requested information about solution designs and work plans.
Maintain the equipment’s availability, according to the maintenance plan, by reaching out for maximum
compliance, cost-efficient operation and maintenance, preparing or supporting the preparation of RFQs and PRs for the Repair Projects, as well as validating POs for the Supply Chain area, and identifying execution
improvement and backlog reduction opportunities.
Support the MOG's expenses and investments budget planning, by providing information based on previous
experiences, maintenance history, technical knowledge, and best practices of the market and by mapping risks
to support management decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree of Engineering is required.
Postgraduation in areas related to the discipline of expertise is a competitive edge.
MBA or equivalent is a competitive edge.
