Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Support training initiatives and programmes.
- Help with the administration of employee records and HR documentation.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including training and development programs.
Requirements:
- Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
