This role provides exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Support training initiatives and programmes.
  • Help with the administration of employee records and HR documentation.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including training and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
